This month’s quiz was challenging to create. I knew I wanted to feature an element of back to school but struggled with the right format. There are so many movies and TV shows about kids going back to school or kids in school that I suffered instant overload. Should I try to create six degrees of separation between actors using school-themed movies/TV shows or connect a movie to a TV show using actors and other school-related works? Should I ask our readers to match the actor with the films about school they are best known for? Should I take another approach and match the movie/TV show to the decade it’s set in? The possibilities are endless.
After much deliberation, I decided to stick with my original idea which means the 57 movies and TV shows plus their stars I listed for this quiz will be deleted and you’ll have a lot of thinking to do.
Match the actors using school-themed movies or TV shows and their co-stars from these movies/shows only. You can use a spouse or relative to make a connection but the spouse/relative must connect to the next person by a school-themed movie/TV show. You want to connect the two actors listed in 6 moves or less.
Example: Blake Lively and Eugene Levy - Blake Lively is married to Ryan Reynolds who stars in National Lampoon’s Van Wilder with Tara Reid who is in American Pie with Eugene Levy.
