Next Month in This Awful Awesome Life - November 2018

harvest1.jpg

November is harvest time and we’ll be talking about delicious fall vegetables and hardy fall soups.

We also honor our veterans for their service and we celebrate Thanksgiving and the contributions of Indigenous peoples.

November 13 is World Kindness Day and we have a few ideas for making it a special day.

It’s Movember – we’ll be taking a look at all those mustaches out there and the Movember Foundation that’s working to improve men’s health one mustache at a time. The Movember Foundation is a global organization committed to men’s health issues – prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Linda Cahill, Orlando Bartro. Jim O’Brien, Terry Kish, Corey Flynn and Gail Neustadt will all be back with interesting articles. I’ll have more book recommendations and reviews and yes, there will be a quiz.

Please join me in welcoming Tanya Bashor of Gypsy Artistry.

She will be sharing some decorating tips and easy projects for the upcoming holidays.

See you next month!
